Yeovil 2010

Tongwynlais Temperance Band took part in the Yeovil Entertainment Contest on Saturday 6th Feb being Placed 5th out of 12 Band by Adjudicator Denis Wilby. The Band Played well under the Direction of Jeremy Wise, who had been  rehearsing the band for the last week.

Our programme consisted of All Night Long arr Leigh Baker, You are the Sunshine of My Life arr Goff Richards, from our recent CD of the same title A Short Ride in a Brass Machine by Andrew Baker.

Peter Graham’s Brilliante played extremely well by our Principal Euphonium Martyn Patterson and our finale of Dan Price’s American Tale.

The band would like to express our gratitude to Jeremy Wise for all his time and effort in preparing us for this Contest.
